The article compares the old synopsis with the mew one in researching on curriculum standard of state senior high school mathematics. It anatomizes the teaching aims, contents and function of the new synopsis. It offers basic recognition and thinking. It also offers the advice and mathematics teaching standard.1 .As we know, the view of the new synopsis is new, recollected some commotional contents on beginning math, and parts of knowledge about it have been added or deleted. In this way, it renewed the teaching method and enriched the inflexibility, and the application of math has been put into an important place, however, it lacks some knowledge on modem math such as mathematic comprehension, structure, Algorism language and matrix as well as the concerning to students in their emotions, attitude, valuable opinion and individual differences. And this is the just problem must be solved by the whole field urgently.2.The new synopsis only modified in contents on the basis of the tradition. It will not be beneficial for students to train their ability both in creation and practice through the old excessive rigorous logical system. It can't help to solve basically the educational problem at present.3 .Certainly, as a transitive offspring, the new synopsis will be replaced by the curriculum standard. In order to make the students find the confidence and interests about mathematics studying to get the large development in affection, capacity character, and knowledge, the new states s curriculum standard of senior math will aim at providing the students some math studying and practical activities in all respects according to students' interests, capacity character and their professional requirement in the future .it will lie the favorable foundation in students' sustainable development all their lives.
