Junior High Chemical Activity, Teaching And Research

Junior chemistry is not only an essentia1 course but a1so a basic subject inmidd1e schools, which is very important to improve the quality of our whole nation.However, there are 1ots of problems in the present teaching of junior chemistry,which seriously affect the fostering of the students' innovatory spirit andPTactical abi1ity. wnat is the cause of this? Some teachers have not regarded theirstudents as the principa1 part in their teaching. They neg1ect the effect of the...principa1 part. So in this paper I wi11 introduce the thought of teaching withactivities into our junior chemica1 teaching. The mein steps of this teaching areas fo11ows: 1) The concept of chemical teaching with activities. 2) The mode1s ofchemica1 teaching with activities with the characters of junior chemistry and thepsycho1ogica1 characters of students. 3) Put the models into practica1 teachingand study the methods of teaching with activities.We expect to so1ve the PI'ob1ems in our teaching of chemistry, adopting suchmethods. Meanwhi1e, the study of teaching with activities wil1 benefit usin raising the teaching qua1ity of junior chemistry.
