In the course of maths education, it is significant to cultivate the students' creative ability. Maths is a science, which is widely used and needed in all kinds of lines. Only the people who has maths knowledge, maths idea and maths approach can adapt to the quick development of information stage, so everybody should learn maths and know about maths; On the other hand, because maths itself is highly abstract, logically close and practically extensive, indefinitely has much significance and meaning to cultivate the students' creative thought. In traditional maths teaching, teachers feed the students more without enlightening so that the students can't take part in it actively, even they distant maths and show no interest in it. Thus, little by little, they seldom think out the problems, let alone the cultivation of the creative ability.Only the new teaching approach by the teacher can make it possible for the students to study creatively, so we should renew the idea, improve the teaching modei, and make teaching model adapt to teaching, serve for teaching.Many experts and specialist have done a lot of research and got series of achievements. The thesis have analyze most of them in details and prompts a new style of teaching, it's mainly divided into the following parts.In this article, at first, it illustrates the theory, reason and purpose why we have the creative education. And then explains the theory of creative education. By now, we have got the research results and show a few typical models of creative teaching and the developing trend of maths teaching.Over years' practice, the article puts forward the teaching model------"auto-media combination-three types of class of independent study" which is suitable for the practical class teaching model, and even it illustrates the theory, process, test effect and experiment result. At last, the article points out "no best teaching model, but better." Only by constantly researching and improving the teaching model in the practice can we satisfy the need of the times.
