Directing against the problems in the teaching of reading, the standard of Chinese curriculum in the daytime obligatory education in 2001, attaches importance go the student's unique sensation, experience and understanding, proposing the method of teaching of experience, which has attracted people's wide attention. However, it isn't a complete task to study the connotation and the model of teaching and the strategy of teaching.The thesis includes four parts. The first part is the connotation of the theory of teaching of reading characterized by experience. Based on the Aesthetic of Reception, the Theory of Experience and Constructivism, the theory believes that the text is the product of the author's experience and the process of reading is the reader's re-experience, therefore the text's meaning establishes in the course of experience. Consequently, the without the reader's active experience, which must be regard as the chief method of teaching. Consequently, the theory of teaching of reading characterized by experience regards the students' experience as important, considering the perceptual dialogue between the teachers and the students and the teachers' rational guidance as subsidiaries. In this process, the students not only understand correctly the text and learn language knowledge and improve their ability of reading, but also understanding the meaning about the human life and the universe to establish a health mental world. The implementation of the students' status as the subject is the kernel. The student's active experience is the main manner of teaching0 The unification of the intelligent teaching and the emotional teaching is the goal.The second part is the characteristics of the theory of teaching. The theory features itself with subjective ponder, emotional dialogue, active creation and total unification. Among them, active ponder is the essential characteristic distinguishing it from other teaching, emotional dialogue is the foundation of the implementation of teaching, active creation is the key of the innovation of teaching, and the characteristic of totalunification indicates the tendency to integrate the superiority of many theories. These characteristics have their emphasizes respectively while they are unified to reveal the basic connotation.The third part is the model of teaching. The model of teaching, as the intermediary segment applying the teaching theory to practice, should be an important part in the thesis. Limited to the capability and the length of the thesis, we only study the functional goal, the procedures of the activity and the strategy of teaching.The functional goal is the first item to be defined in the establishment of the model of teaching. The goal of teaching of reading is restricted by pedagogy, psychology and Chinese language teaching, etc. For this reason, in the thesis, the goal of teaching of reading should be an entirety including many aspects. In the short-term and utilitarian direction, the direct goal is to teach Chinese language knowledge and improve the students' reading capability. In the long-term and ideal direction, its ultimate goal is to influence the students in the aspects of cognition, emotion, determination and action, and cultivate students comprehensively. The procedures of the teaching are the key segment by which applies the theory to teaching practice. The theory of teaching of reading characterized by experience requires the teacher to guide the students to obtain development which goes through three stage: the primary stage of total perception, the junior stage of appreciation and ponder and the senior stage of individual creation. In which, the first one is the starting-point, the second one is the kernel and the last one is the goal. The three stages compose macroscopically the sequence of the teaching. The procedures provide the foundation for the teaching practice.The forth part is the strategy of teaching. The strategy of teaching is the important factor carrying out and optimizing the teaching.
