It is well known that teacher quality is the key to quality education and moral qualities are the core of teacher qualities. Moral belief is in the central status of teacher moral qualities. Helping teachers form and develop moral belief is the important task of teacher morality education. This study has mainly discussed the development of elementary school teachers' moral belief. We adopted the case study method of quality research during the course of study and selected Yang rui qing as the research object who is the president of Jiang pu county Xing zhi elementary school and one of ten national model teacher for morality. We have opened up the course of burgeoning, forming and developing of the excellent elementary school teacher's moral belief.There are five parts in this paper, we have mainly clarified the significance, research methods and key concepts of the research topic in the foreword part. The first chapter has narrated and opened up the burgeon process and characteristics of the research object's moral belief. The second chapter has narrated and opened up the further fortified process and characteristics of the research object's moral belief. The third chapter has narrated and opened up the sublimation of the moral belief during his ideal pursue and creative practice process. We have reflected the research methods and deductions in the epilogue part.We believe that steady moral belief is the characteristics of excellent elementary school teachers. The burgeoning and forming of elementary school teachers' moral belief are influenced by many factors except the teachers' personal characteristics, one of the important factors is the impellent teacher models. Although the research object of this research is a case, as a national model teacher for morality it has some elicitations for the universal moral education of elementary school teachers.
