This thesis proceeds from course development and reality need , pointsout due visual angle that School-Based Training must keep-thepostmodernism ,and puts forward of author's understanding of School-Based Training on this basis. Meanwhile, this thesis bases on the educational thought of " humanism " and on the basis of the educational conditions of our country , makes great efforts to build and constract new-type School-Based Training "Negotiation-Review " opening style, so that it can serve for Professional Development of Teachers of our country. At research approach, this research pay attention to comparative analysis, example, investigation and document analyse, uses sociology, pedagogy, school manage theory of studying etc. , makes every effort through method that theory combines with reality to offer theory thought and mode for solving the problem of School-Based Training at present of our country .The full text divides into four parts altogether:The first part: Research background of School-Based Training . This part analyses in terms of two mainly. First, see from world, School-Based Training is the main way to promote Professional Development of Teachers; Second, according to course reform of basic education of our country, the development of the course needs School-Based Training, and it's also the main way topromote our Professional Development of Teachers at the same time.Second part : Under the postmodernism educational background,School-Based Training definition of intension originally. This part has investigated the concept of School-Based Training at first partly, points out its due visual angle , provids author 's understanding of concept on this basis.The third part : Contribution of School-Based Training's idea to Professional Development of Teachers. This part proceeds from angle of teacher's professional structure partly, points out the contribution that School-Based Training 's idea to teacher educational idea, teacher knowledge,teacher professional ability and teacher professional spirit.The fourth part :Build new-type mode of School-Based Training to promote Professional Development of Teachers. This part takes method analysed to illustrate mainly, provides four cases of School-Based Training at present of our country, analyses its existing problem firstly, then combines the concrete actual conditions of our country partly, makes great efforts to build and construct new- type mode of School-Based Training under postmodernism educational background suitable for School-Based Training in ourcountry-"Negotiation-Review " opening style of School-Based Training,and points out the guarantee measure of it's implementing.
