Based on the investigating and analysis of present internal web-based learning curriculum, this paper summed up a lot of problems that are neglected in design of web-based learning curriculum. From analysis these problems, the paper not only absorbed the beneficial thoughts about web-based learning curriculum and fused procedure learning's advantages. But also conclusion thinking and methods about problem web-based learning curriculum's design and explain it by making a test. There are five sections in this paper and the following content is the summary of each section.Section oneLet us know the situation of the present internal web-based learning curriculum and then analyzed the present situation of web-based learning curriculum. From that, the writer concludes the problems that are neglected in design of web-based learning curriculum.Section twoDiscussed the powerful support from program learning and modem learning theory to solve the problems and by the study of the learning theory, it present some guidance about problem-based learning curriculum design.Section threeDiscussed advances of problem-based webcurri and thinking of design.Section fourBy explaining about designing and developing of problem-based webcurri case, the cogent showed a deeper explain about design of the curriculum.Section fivePresented some problems that should be noticed in design and development web-based learning curriculum and made those as anentrance to making a deeper research.The paper attempt to apply both thoughts of modem study theory benefiting to web-based learning curriculum and methods of procedure learning benefiting to web-based learning curriculum design and plan a better web-based learning curriculum according with teaching studier principle as a new study idea for web.
