Fostering creative thinking is the important aspects of modern educational research. Training creative thinking with Information Technology is one of the main trends of researching and developing creative thinking. This field of research is to discuss how to connect Network Technology with fostering creative thinking, offer creative environment by virtue of the advantages of network, and foster the students' creative thinking skill. According to the 4P theory of creativity, this research 1, starting with the point of view of presentation and communication of the creative product supported by the Network, takes primary school students as research object to make researches on fostering creative thinking based on the model of presentation and communication of product in the Network environment. Research 1 indicates that, being trained, students can make observations around them, produce new discovery and new idea through thinking and reasoning, and present the creative product through the Network. However, research also indicates that there haven't formed effective discussion and communication on the Network. According to the analysis on portfolio online, browsers hadn't intervened the process of creation of the promulgator; therefore, it's difficult for them to air their opinions on the creative product. On the other hand, the presentation of product in the Network environment emphasizes on creation and originality of students. But, view from the aspect of training creative thinking, it is the most important that make students master the ways and strategies of creative thinking, comprehend the process of creation, and master the skills of application. Hence, the second stage of the research focuses on the training creative thinking from the angle of process creation.CPS (Creative Problem Solving) is a model of creative problem solving, which developed from Brainstorming. This model completes the process of creative problem solving through several steps, such as problem finding, data finding, idea finding and so on. The most feature of CPS is that learner should think divergently first and then convergent in every step of solving problems. The effect of training based on CPS has been testified in a large number of psychological experimental researches. The research 2 in this essay will introduce this model into the research project of fostering creative thinking in the Network environment, reviewing whether the CPS training based on the Network will promote the creative development of problems by experimental research. In research 2, the author developed CPS training platform based the Network, using the Brainstorming and CPS research results already existed for reference and connecting the idea of modern educational theories. During the experiment, the author implement the CPS training based on the Network on the treatment group, By referring to the existed brainscdorming and CPS research, and combining with the modern teaching theory, the author opened up the web-based CPS platform,and have be validated.In the experiment,we had all the participants in the controlled group and the experimented one tested three kinds of tests,they are: the creative thinking test ,the creative problem solving test and student's creative behavior character test.And the results showed that:the web-based CPS traning are useful to the development of students' scattered thinking skill. Again the result of our questionnaire also showed that most of the students possessed a positive attitude toward our training,and thought that our traing wound be useful for solving of their concrete daily problems.
