Online Research Study Design And Development Of Support Systems

Inquiry study is the initiative inquiry learning theory, which stresses that students select and decide research issues from natural and social phenomena with the help of teachers, and then actively acquire and implement knowledge, solve questions by scientific research methods. It pays emphasis on student's innovation and practice ability. It is an important part of our nation's new curriculum reform.Because of the characteristic of providing abundant resources, interactive, opening, convenient, web becomes the good tool to support the implement of inquiry learning effectively. By now, many secondary schools have constructed campus networks and connected them with Internet. How to provide a web-based inquiry learning environment for students becomes a valuable issue at present.From the view of design and development, the thesis discussed and created web-based inquiry learning supported system, which aims at efficient integration between web technology and inquiry learning. Based on constructivism theory and alternative evaluation theory, after analyzing the process of web-based inquiry learning, the thesis designed the structure and function modules of the web-based inquiry learning supported system, developed a corresponding sample web site, and finally evaluated the effect of the system. The mission of this thesis is to provide reference for implementing web-based inquiry learning supported system in secondary schools.
