Continuous development of the fields applying technology is promoting the further classification and higher qualification of talents in the field. Among technical talents, "Engineer-Technician" and "Senior-Technician" have appeared in succession after 'Technician", which has made the task of technical talents change from assisting engineers singly to developing and applying technology independently.Degree system of technical education hi many developed countries and areas has been established early or late, and thus technical education has been extended to graduate level and postgraduate level. Only in this way can those countries and areas meet the challenge of demands of technical talents. Technical talents at the graduate level are usually trained by technical university, technical college and vocational college abroad. These schools combine their education closely with local industry restructuring and economy developing so that they can improve their education quality and accelerate the establishment of majors and training of talents through cooperation in college operation, teaching , scientific research, etc. between colleges and enterprises.Nowadays, the education of technical talents in our country mainly consists of higher training schools and higher vocational schools. While vocational and technical education at the graduate level is still at a trial stage. For this reason, this research is aimed at the analysis and exploration of cooperative education of technical talents at the graduate level between colleges and enterprises. More exactly, the author will put more emphasis on the cooperative education mechanism in the secondary industry, which can make the research more focalized, for technical talents at this level are distributed in all walks of life and specific ways of training talents are different from one another. Research on the fields of other industries will be made further later.The frame of the research is as follows:Part One: studying the characteristics of economic production in the present society, analyzing the changes of vocational structures and demands of technical talents in our social production, and then indicating the demands of high-level multi-functioned technical talents.Part Two: analyzing current situation of high-level talents education system in ourcountry, and expounding the function and training way of technical talents at the graduate level.Part Three: reviewing the development and change of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, analyzing several models of teaching in cooperation, furthermore, discussing and generalizing teaching tasks and motives on both sides of the cooperation.Part Four: based on the cooperative model, discussing the training process of technical talents at the graduate level from four aspects: fixing professional training objective, formulating teaching plan, designing curricula and implementing teaching.Part Five: discussing and displaying some problems in the cooperation mechanism in our country, and providing the way of thinking and relevant strategies.
