Until now, it has been widely known by pre-school educators how important and urgent the pre-school curriculum reform is in the reform and development of education reform. Reform, refers to changing old irrational parts and introducing new parts that can adjust to the objective situation. The curriculum reform of pre-primary education should find out what can't suit the reality in real curriculum and then regard it as the reason and base to reform. The reform will be blind and irrational without this base. So just for this, this passage will talk about curriculum reform in Jinan in two aspects: One is to find irrationality in the present curriculum; the other is to assume the new blueprint according to educational trend. It will be divided into four mutual parts:The first part expounds the background of curriculum reform and its course of research in academic circles, and then brings up the key research on the base of the formal study. From innovations in the world, Adjusting curriculum structure plays a key role in curriculum reform. Most of them object to overemphasizing independence among subjects, too many categories and lack of integration. The Reform and Open has contributed greatly to the development of the pre-school education and deepened exchanges with foreign countries in theory and practice. Integrated Education, which is being carried out at present in Jinan, is a non-course education model springing up in 1980s.It gradually promotes the single separated course education into a multi-course co-existed education. The new situation symbolizes a new flight in the pre-school education reform and signalizes the new development in its theory of curriculum.As for Past Two, it specifically expounds the investigation result and its analysis. For several years, the pre-primary education in Jinan have changed fundamentally in educational concepts. Meanwhile, they havereformed and innovated a lot in practice. However, due to the historical reasons and stagnation of education concepts, there're still many problems in carrying out the Integrated Education. So I has taken the city of Jinan as the object of study and I have done a full and accurate research to the current situation in every district in Jinan in the recent two years. I have investigated the present integrated education teaching materials and actions by visiting classes and interviewing. From analysis to results, I have tried to find out reasons and irrationality, so as to hold the reform's lifeblood.In the course of study, I find that the education in Jinan can keep pace with the times on the whole. But it is still inadequate in many aspects of operation: (一) The teaching materials lose contact with children's life experience. It puts undue stress on knowledge and separated teaching, lacking main points and practicality. (二) When teaching, they pay much attention to impact knowledge, overlooking training of children's emotion, attitude and values. They overemphasize teaching and ignore learning. (三) Lacking effective evaluation methods and tactics of the latest idea and concept, it may easily drive children to feel inferior, which is no good developing their characters perfectly.A lot of factors cause the present situation such as social factors, family education, etc. But one important reason, irrational of curriculum structure and education activity, restricts children's development. Therefore, in order to settle a better terrace for children's healthy development, the educators have an unshirkable duty on developing the children's potency and culturing their high power of acting on their own.In the third part, I prospect for the pre-school education reform in Jinan by further studying advanced experiences abroad, to expect that it can develop healthily, effectively and correctly.
