Peers refer to people who get along and have the same social cognition (Foot et al, 1990). Peer relationship is the cooperative relation among children playing together of the same age.The study shows that space is still the major factor in the formation of peer relationship; the same interest rates second; good morality and do well in study are also important reasons to be popular among junior school students. Psychology and moral character can be approximately estimated according to the different status the student located, and it makes it possible to give different moral character instruction to different student.The speedy development of the internet has more and more important influence on many fields of the human life. Surfing on the net is regarded as a fashion today. Among the people surfing on the cyber adolescence is taking a greater and greater proportion. It is becoming a big problem for teachers and parents.The investigation shows that 78.7 percent of the junior school students have chatted on the cyber and have at least one cyberfriend. Friend-making on the cyber has become an important form to make friends among junior school students. Most students (54.9%) have 4 to 6 cyberfriends. And they usually spend 4 to 6 hours on chatting per week. In comparison with other studies related with this problem there is a rising both at the ratio of students surfing on the net and the time spend on chatting. There may be differences in different time and regions.The investigation also shows that junior school students have considered the cyber as the important medium to relieve pressure. When they are grieved or gloomy, 19.9 percent of the junior school students would like to pour out to their cyberfriends. 45.8 percent of them accede it possible to deceive the others when they chat on the cyber. Half of them wish to become different ones on the cyber from what they are in real life. On the one hand the junior school students yearn for colorful life that is hard to come true in real life. On the other hand they can express themselves on the cyber without any pressure. Faithfulness in the traditional moral criterion is challenged severely. The results above indicate that the internet will change the life style radically of the modern high school students.Peer relationship is important in the adaptation to school and social life for children and juvenile. Good peer relationship can help juvenile to acquire the social value, raise the social ability, accomplish the school work and develop the personality and cognition; while poor peer relationship may lead to difficulty in school adaptation and have negative influence in the future social accommodation. The investigation shows that there is significant difference among junior school students who have different peer relationship on the cyber friend-making. This predicts students' cyber behavior well, especially virtual friend-making on the net. It is important and helpful in the pertinent guidance to junior school students on their cyber behavior.
