Building of MIS is an investigable demand of population and family planning works development, is the means of strengthen management, raise efficiency and improve service. Country and province family planning committee have put forward to building "three nets and one store". The demand, task, target has been concrete. So, analyzing and designing Ying Kou city population and family planning MIS has extremely reality meaning. The article try to promote Ying Kou city population and family planning improvement, to speed up information, by analyzing and designing Ying Kou city population and family planning MIS to make a few contribution to new period population and family planning work.Firstly, the article introduced the important meaning of population and family planning works, target and working object, introduced present situations and main problems of Ying Kou city family planning MIS.
