The family planning policy is a basic national policy of our country and has been implemented for over 30 years and plays an important role in controlling population in our country.However,with the development of the times,family planning has also brought about problems such as an aging population,an imbalance in the sex ratio at birth and a gradual disappearance of the labor bonus,which have forced our family planning policy to face adjustment and reform.On January 17,2014,Zhejiang Province announced the implementation of selective two-child policy.On October 29,2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC National Congress announced the introduction of the universal two child policy,two major population policy adjustments in two years will inevitably lead to the emergence of the existing problems of the family planning service mechanism and the latest population policy.This article takes Xiaocun Town as the research object and combines the practice of family planning work in grass-roots towns for nearly two years.By referring to the literature and questionnaires and other means,using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study of the issue of family planning.First introduced the universal two child policy after the basic situation of Xiaocun family planning development,family planning services,new requirements and content,Then using interviews and questionnaires to analyze the problems of family planning service after the universal two child policy.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of the government and family planning teams,this article puts forward specific and feasible measures.
