The computer net is one of the most important tools during modern information communications in the society. It is a new working place in high educational ideological work. The open characters are serious challengeable to the traditional high educational ideological work. The HEIW in the net environment, only active, efficient subject-education, a new method & content should be taken. At the same time, a fine &creative net-management should be used. A new field will be developed. The article is on this point. The author will try his best to contribute for the HEIW through his own practice &thoughts.The truth can be only proved right by practice.
