With the new textbook "full-time compulsory education music course standard" published, publishing, all sorts of reform of the basic music education, music education also has a new challenge, in constant development and at the same timeit also became aware of:music education as an importantpart of art education in this historic education reform, play an important role, the role can not be ignored. However, in China’s rural areas, the serious lack of music teachers, knowledge structure unreasonable, professional skills are low and so on, seriously restricting the development of rural music education. If the music education in ruralprimary school, being the base of quality education did not receive due attention, the majority of the school music education in rural area is not due to development, will befurther pulled between urban and rural school musiceducation gap, is not conducive to improve the overallnational school music education level.In this paper entitled "Huangyuan County of Qinghai province rural primary school music education present situation and countermeasure research", the primary school of Huangyuan County in Qinghai province3rural(1Chinese primary school,1primary school,1TibetanHui Primary School Music Education) were investigated, the contents of music teachers, music teaching facilities, teachers professional ability, teachers’job satisfaction, music lessons, normal opening music extra-curricular activities, students of music and the music, the students basic music quality. The specific method used in this survey is mainly questionnaire method, interview method, literature method, observation method, statistical methodare often used in music education scientific research method. The music education in rural primary and middleschools are found in the area from the survey, re-examine the re positioning, and put forward measures and suggestions to deal with the music education management, rural school teachers construction, reasonable teaching, rural school music education evaluation, to provide the reference for the rapid development of rural primary school music educationreality.The author as a graduate of music graduate, if after graduation, had the opportunity to work in Qinghai Province, hope can in music education in the western region of the music education development to make a contribution, so it is necessary for the local current music education status of understanding, especially the investigation and analysis of the development of current situation of music education in rural primary school, and hope that through this investigation, in the reform of basic education development, contribute to thewestern rural primary school music education. |
