The Impact Of Economic Globalization On The Political Class Of Middle School Teachers' Professional Quality

Nowadays, teacher professionalism is becoming the focus of education theory field. In China, the political subject obtains a special position in middle schools. Facing the influence that the process of economic globalization brings to people's ideas, we must improve the professional quality of middle school political teachers to train qualified successors to the cause of socialism.The thesis first, using the theory of pedagogy, analyzes the constitutions and performances of middle school political teacher's quality, then brief introduction to the performances of economic globalization, general description to the economic globalization influence on politics, culture and education. Also it analyzes the positive effects, challenges, and negative effects which caused by economic globalization to our middle school political teacher's quality.Finally, based on a survey of the present professional quality of our middle school political teachers, the thesis emphasizes the importance of improving the professional quality of middle school political teachers. Furthermore, out of the three points of view, which are the social macrocosmic, profession, and individual microcosmic, the thesis expounds some policy suggestions on how to improve the professional quality of middle school political teachers.What needs to be pointed out is that the thesis puts forward the policy advice on how .to improve the professional quality of middle school political teachers, which is based on a principle of educating those constructors who have distinctive characteristics of the times and have creativeness, out of a point of view of economic globalization. The purpose of the thesis is to explore something new in the reform of middle school political teaching.
