Research On The Professional Quality Of Teachers Of Politics In Middle Schools In The New Era

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council put forward in their Opinions on <Comprehensively Deepening the Construction and Reform of the Teaching Staff in the New Era> that the quality and ability of teachers should be improved in an all-round way to satisfy the demands of high-quality professional and innovative talents of the new era.<The Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education(2018-2022)> proposes to implement the new requirements of teacher ethics education and optimize the content and methods of teacher training to adapt for the modernization of education.New technologies such as VR,AI and big data need to be made full use of to enhance the application ability of information technology of middle school teachers,improve the ability of information-based teaching,and explore innovative teaching pattern by using information technology.The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Education puts forward that we should actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values,renew the concept of educating,improve the quality of teachers,give full play to the role of the main channel of moral courses and ideological and political theory courses,and give full play to the role of teachers in guiding students' words,deeds and actions.In General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech,he repeatedly mentioned that in the new era,teachers should possess ideals,beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and kindness,and political teachers should shoulder the new mission of cultivating people with virtue through Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.Middle school students are the hope of the country.Middle school political teachers should be good guides and Enlightenments to students and sow beautiful seeds in their hearts.In the new era,middle school political teachers should not only teach and educate people,but also possess firm will,flexible educational thinking ability,life-oriented teaching language and comprehensive educational organizational ability.Improve the professional quality and ability of political teachers in an all-round way so as to better meet the new requirements of talent cultivation and meet the expectations and needs of the Party and the State.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research results at home and abroad,combining with the teaching practice of politics in middle schools,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the professional quality of middle school political teachers,fully combining the characteristics of middle school students and aiming at the shortcomings and its reasons of the professional quality of middle school political teachers,takes about some plan thinking on the strategies of improving the professional quality of middle school political teachers in the new era.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly elaborates the relevant overview of the professional quality of middle school political teachers in the new era,defines the connotation of the professional quality of teachers,and clarifies the needs and basic contents of the times to improve the professional quality of teachers.The second part mainly analyses the shortcomings in the professional quality of middle school political teachers,such as insufficient professional idea,imperfect professional knowledge,weak professional ability,etc.The reasons for the shortcomings are analyzed from three aspects: teachers,schools and society.The third part puts forward the strategies to improve the professional quality of middle school political teachers,mainly from three aspects: teachers' professional concept,professional knowledge and professional ability to explore the strategies to improve the professional quality of political teachers in middle schools.
