As an important foundation for China's development and revival and an important support for the realization of socialist modernization,education has been paid more and more attention by the country.Teachers' quality are an inevitable topic when it comes to education.As an important support for improving China's education level,the level of teachers' professional quality is of vital importance to the improvement of the quality of education,and even determines the future and development of the nation.As a compulsory course and moral education course in high school,the ideological and political course in middle school is the main battlefield of ideological struggle,which plays a special and important role in completing the fundamental task of moral education.Middle school ideological and political teachers are an important part of our country's teacher group.They are the leader of middle school ideological and political teaching process,the cultivator of students' ideology and morality,the guide of the three concepts and an important force in cultivating qualified socialist successors.The quality of middle school ideological and political teachers is related to whether the majority of young students' have a firm political stand,whether the political direction is correct,and whether they can become qualified socialist and successors.In this paper,based on the existing research results and combined with the actual situation,the author conducts a series of investigations and analysis on the professional quality of middle school ideological and political teachers in the new era.There are five parts as follows:The first part is the introduction.In this part,the author introduces the research background and significance,research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper,and sort out the relevant literature on the basis of reading domestic and foreign materials and literatures.The second part is mainly about the importance of relevant core concepts and professionalism in the new era.It mainly introduces the new era,quality,professional quality of teachers and professional quality of middle school ideological and political lesson teachers,and narrates the important significance of cultivating professional quality of middle school ideological and political lesson teachers in the new era.The third part mainly analyzes the specific structure and characteristics of middle school politics teachers' professional quality.It can be divided into five aspects:political literacy,knowledge literacy,ability literacy,information literacy and physical and mental literacy.The characteristics can be divided into political,comprehensive,dynamic and practical.The fourth part is the new requirements for the professional quality of middle school ideological course teachers in the new era.It is mainly based on the spirit of Xi Jinping's speech at the school ideological and political theory course teachers' symposium,refining the "six points" of ideological and political theory course teachers in the new era.The fifth part is the principles and strategies of cultivating the professional quality of middle school ideological and political teachers in the new era.The principles are divided into the principle of subjectivity,the principle of pertinence,the principle of The times,the principle of the unity of knowledge and action.The strategy mainly proposes specific measures from four aspect:the teachers themselves,middle schools,education departments and normal colleges.
