By the way of the text coding about growing experience of excellent teachers of Chinese language,the paper analyzes the three parts about the faith of of their reading life , the relationship between the reading content and the teaching experiences, the rebuilding relationship of Chinese curriculum, and the reading method,This thesis mainly consists of five parts:Firstly, it discussses the demands of teachers'professional development for reading life of teachers. And it defmits the center conception of the paper ,then sums up the research condition of excellent Chinese teachers and the teachers' reading life in China.Secondly, it mainly shows how the excellent teachers of Chinese language overcome the reading life barriers on the time, space and economy. In the mean time, it expresses and analyzes some impressive cases about it.Thirdly, it studies the reading life faith of the excellent teachers of Chinese language from their value judgement of being a human and a teacher, and compares to their peers on the reading life.Fourthly, this thesis analyzes the reading content of the excellent teachers of Chinese language through the view of the subject classification, teaching experience .Furthermore it discussses how the excellent teachers of Chinese language form personal practial knowledge ,and combinate educational theory and practial experience.Fifthly, it summarizes the ways of reading life of excellent teachers of Chinese language,then constructs the strategies professional reading life to teachers of Chinese language .
