Learning Resource Repository Construction

Network merely provides necessary basic conditions for implementing network education, construction of educational resource that offering abundant learning resources and convenient modes of obtaining, is the precondition and base of implementing network education. As important content of constructing educational resources, web-based instructional resources database can create a good teaching and learning environment for students and teachers, so it is very necessary for improving quality of educational resources and affording better supporting services that researching and exploring how to construct and apply web-based instructional resources database.This thesis has five chapters, the first part introduces the concept, status, future, problems of web-based instructional resources database and major scientific achievements in this field. The second part analyses some standards and put forward a system framework about web-based instructional resources database. The third part summarizes and analyzes major construction patterns and principles on web-based instructional resources database. The fourth part is about the design of system about Educational and Techonology web-based instructional resources database, which includes design of structure and function, attributes of elements in subsystem, administration of resources, classification of resources and introduction to major functions of system, and so on. Finally, it analyzes key technology about Educational and Techonology web-based instructional resources database.This thesis not only researches basic theories and main contents about constructing web-based instructional resources database, but also explores and practises that how to construct web-based instructional resources database. It is that design and analysis of key technology about Educational and Techonology web-based instructional resources database.
