It's requests of the future to learn to interact with others, so the development of the students' interaction ability tally with the reform trend that the schooling serve in humanity and future society. However, there are several misunderstanding in both theory and practice in present schooling. This paper studies relevant literature, and uses qualitative and quantitative methods of research. The purpose is that schooling pays more attention to students' interaction ability than the level of educational objectives and reform traditional intelligence idea that will be reflected in teaching process.In quantitative section, after making questionnaires of some experimental school pupils and statistics and analysis of data, comes to the following conclusions, that is the gender, the experience of leadership, parent' educational degree, and the way of family education are responsible for the development of students' interaction ability. At present, the whole ability of students' interaction ability is fairly well, the key factors which affect the ability are the tendency of cooperation, the ability of understanding, forces to others and their sensitive in the interaction process.In qualitative section, the author, after observing and interviewing some pupils and analyzing the esthetic recording of classes, explores the motives of students' interaction, difficulties and their expectation, analyzes the problems in the teaching process. The paper summarizes some basic methods of students' interaction ability by combining with the late two years experience of research task.On the basis of above research, the paper indicates the problems in the development of students' interaction ability. The questions about students are the utility trend of interaction, the misunderstanding of cognition, deviation of behavior, and the defects of character. The problems of teachers are the educational idea of teachers, and professional accomplishment to be improved. The problems of schools are the disorder in developing students' interaction ability, curriculum arrangement and implement. Parents despise students' interaction ability and their educational methods are not guide but blocking up. According to actuality and existent problems, the suggestions are as follows: constructing the developing objectives of pupils'interaction ability, building the new idea of assessment, establishing a positive interpersonal environment in the classroom, setting the special training lessons, and giving full play to the effect of the parents and community.
