The Dawoer ethnic group is a small minority nationality in the north of China. And there is a characteristic coming into being in the course of its development, which is to live scattering with other nationalities and compacting with same nationality. Most of the Dawoers are living in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Xinjiang provinces. There are 28,900 at Molidawa Dawoers' autonomous county in Inner Mongolia. The number is small, but it's one of regions where the Dawoers live in compact communities. Culture of the Dawoers has been affected deeply by marker-oriented economy now. Cultural transmission is an extremely urgent today. In this article I wish to keep and develop culture of the Dawoers by studying present situation and future development of the pre-school education about the Dawoers. And I also wish that not only pre-school education of the Dawoers can make a great progress, but also other small minority nationalities can be benefit from it. Moreover, this article can enrich education theories, and education anthropology.This article is based on society of the Dawoers' autonomous county in Inner Mongolia. I investigate the relationships among society development, changes and pre-school education of the Dawoers in more than half an century with anthropological methods.Society development of the Dawoers is divided into three periods including before liberation, after liberation and present society condition. The social condition of the Dawoers is composed of politic, economy,technology, culture, education, hygiene, transportation of Molidawa county in the article. According to changes of Molidawa county , we can know changed of social backgrounds in pre-school education of the Dawoers.In the respect of pre-school there are different kinds of rearing infants, educational contents, methods principles in different periods and different social background. Some have been changes, some have been dispeared, for example, telling stories, which is closely associated with social development. Social organizations, economy, folk customs have been changed so fast in the period of more than a century nowadays, which have been taken a great effect on pre-school education of the Dewoers, and how to develop it is very important to cultural transmission.
