Zhengzhou To Create A Learning City Model

Cities play the important roles in the modern society. In order to carry out and fulfill the call of "a learning society", which was brought forward in 1968 and then at was put up the 16th National Congress of the Communist of China, it requires us to explore and practise the setting of "a learning society or city" as an important and strategic task. This is the appeal from the present situation and task, and also the demand of for spanning the development of city. In order to construct the learning city , not only should we construct learning organizations including communities and enterprises firstly, we also should reform the education system and structure and build up the operating institution of learning cities. By examining the experience of others cities and ZhengZhou, I want to offer a model which suits to the situation of ZhengZhou and improve the core competitive power of Zhengzhou.
