| Learning city,as an important part in the construction of the education system that serves lifelong learning for all people,and as a source of vitality of urban modernization,its construction has become a potential release of the city,improve the city’s comprehensive strength,the key to promote the sustainable development of society as a whole.In order to cope with the unprecedented situation of intelligent civilization in a century,cities respond to the development requirements of the lifelong learning and the call of building a learning society through the strategy of building a learning city,and also draw a good blueprint for the future life of all citizens.Currently,under the new concept of lifelong learning,cities around the world though building Leanring City to meet the opportunities and challenges.Thereby,UNESCO establishes "Learning City Award" to encourage the creation of learning cities,so as to implement the concept of lifelong learning,and finally realize the whole of time and space.This research begains with analyzes the concepts of Learing City and explains the criteria of “Learning City Award”.Then,the article introduces detailedly the experience of learning city construction of “Learning City Award”.Finally,this study hopes thoes enlightenments can benefits for the construction of learning city in China.The main part of this research is as follows:The first part is introduction,and includes research background,research goal,research value,domestic and overseas research trends,research idea and method.The second part involves relative notions and basic theories.notions includes definition,connotation and construction standards of the learning city;the theoretical basis includes lifelong learning theory,learning city theory and learning society theory.The third part mainly analyze the“Learning City Award” and the award-winning learning city.this thesis is baesd on the background(economic,demographic and participation)to explore the reasons for the characteristics of the award-winning learning city construction throughout the world,and summarizes the common features in the process of learning city construction:inclusive,prosperous,green and sustainable.The fourth mainly introduce basic experiences of building learning city that won “Learning City Award”.The construction of learning city has shown a variety of styles,but it shows some rules.This part expores the way to build an award-winning learning city,from policy,law,organization,funds,resources and so on.The fifth part is mainly based on the summary of successful experience in the construction of the award-winning learning city,perfecting the mechanism of my country’s learning city construction,breaking through the bottleneck,and finally improving the lifelong education system,promoting sustainable development,and realizing learning society. |
