The main task of the course reform is to transform the traditional teaching method of teaching and accepting and to let the students participate in the teaching procedures, changing the study into the process of gradually producing , developing and promoting of the students' positivity, activity and independence .In this thesis, I try to improve some experiments in the senior middle school textbook of biology from verified experiments to inquiry experiments, using inquiry learning method. As a result, inquiry experiments reflect the principle part of the students in teaching procedures, raise the students' interests and positivities, increase the co-operation opportunities and help the students understand the nature of science, but the students'inquiry ability remains to be improved.
