Nowadays, the economic globalization competition is the competition of talents. The cultivation of talents can not be separated from education. Obviously, the traditional education can’t meet the needs of modern society. How to make students have the thinking method and strong sense of social responsibility, which is the primary task of education workers in the basic education stage.The core task of Inquiry Experiment Teaching is to cultivate students’inquiry ability. It’s core is to explore. In order to explore the development of students’inquiry ability as the purpose of the research, to study the teaching strategy and the inquiry teaching design as the main research tasks, and to improve the scientific literacy of students.According to the opening degree of inquiry experiment, this paper is divided into three stages. The first stage is Validation Experiments. The second stage is Guided Inquiry Experiment. The third stage is Open Inquiry Experiment. The focus of each stage is different. The first stage is the next stage to do the groundwork. According to the characteristics of students’ cognitive characteristics and the characteristics of Physical Inquiry Experiment Teaching, we construct the operating procedure of Inquiry Experiment Teaching, and the teaching method of cyclic type at each stage.Concluded1. The Inquiry Experiment Teaching of junior middle school can improve students’ interest in learning and inquiry physics experiment.2. The Inquiry Experiment Teaching of junior middle school can improve the students’experimental design ability.3. The Inquiry Experiment Teaching of junior middle school had no significant effect on the students’ experimental ability.4. The Inquiry Experiment Teaching of junior middle school can not obviously improve students’ ability of using physical language.5. The Inquiry Experiment Teaching of junior middle school has a significant influence on the cultivation of students’scientific attitude.6. The Inquiry Experiment Teaching of junior middle school can improve students’ academic performance.There are some teaching suggestions according to the questionsFirst, the teacher should protect the students who play the main part of the teaching, we should follow the teaching method. Teaching can’t be famous overnight.Second,the teacher mustgive a reply quickly for the students’creative performances during the teaching. Experiments are more open, the students’ thoughts are more active, what’s more, there will be many different creative ideas. At the same time, it requires the teacher collect the ideas in time and share the ideas when they report in the end of the class.
