21st century is Bio-scientific Age, our education is a kind of education for developing and increasing quality of man, the aim is to instruct students to master learning, to master doing something, to master living together with others and to master subsisting. Meanwhile, biology is the base of life sciences and biotechnology, which is one of three stanchions of high technology's development in 21st century. Students must learn biology well. During teaching biology, the author who has read a lot of information and papers of pedagogy and psychology related to practice of bio-teaching and advanced concretely ways of motivating and cultivating biological learning incentive of students in secondary normal school, he hope to provide the practical ways for that research project to make bio-teaching act it's function in quality education.On base of the achievements in researching how to motivate and cultivate the biological learning incentive, by lots of scholars and experts, the paper abstracted connotations of the biological learning incentive, defined meanings of motivating and cultivating the biological learning incentive which is claim of the age, which demand of the quality education practice, which is the necessary condition of students' growing, and the ask of perfecting learning psychological structure and precipitating learning psychological development and enhancing teaching effect. By the methods of questionnaire, this article analysis the current situation of students' biological learning incentive at present, and research into countermeasure: enhancing to motivating and cultivating the biological learning incentive of students; enhancing to cultivate bio-learning capability; fit praise and encourage; motivate and cultivate the biological learning incentive of students during teaching biology by educating of value of knowledge. And guiding by this countermeasure, micro-experiment is done, results of experiment is attested, and effects of experiment is conspicuous. As a result motivating and cultivating the biological learning incentive of students are successful. This paper put forward concretely the countermeasure of motivating and cultivating biological learning incentive. It has operation and systematicness. Accommodating warning inspiration during teaching biology.
