Higher education historically entered the stage of internationally-recognized popularization. Higher Vocational Colleges face to the keen competitions in fund, matriculate or other areas. Higher Vocational Colleges have to make innovations in their management system if they want to develop in the competitions. One of the important issues for management is to do the research on how to arouse the initiatives of the colleges'teachers in new position and how to make the college's sustainable development. This article presents applied research of industrially motivate mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges, the innovations of motivate mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges were described briefly.To explain on human resource management, motivate means "people first", administers use all different kinds of methods to make employee create the most important contributions. In the process of achieve the goals, motivate plays an important role. Job performance depends on people's abilities and enthusiasm, the ability is the basic factor to achieve performance, however, if the motivates remains in the low level, barely can acquire the good performance. Therefore, motivate is the most difficult factor in management.Given the new situation, to create a high-quality and peculiarity Higher Vocational college, not only teaching reform and innovation, but also establish effective motivate mechanism. Because it can enhance the sense of responsibility,commitment and achievement for faculty and staff member, let the staff understand the relationship between college and personal, in order to inspire personal job motivation and develop the competitive power of the college.The article proceeds from theoretical basis of the motivate mechanism, firstly puts forward background and significance of research; then, more details represent of the motivate mechanism, including the meanings and features both on industrially and High Vocational Colleges motivate mechanism. And then analyze the disadvantages of the human resource management in High Vocational Colleges and advantages in industrially motivate mechanism, do the research on the feasibility and countermeasure for leading industrially motivate mechanism into High Vocational Colleges management. In the end, research into the analyses of industrially motivates mechanism in application, in order to inspire staff member's.enthusiasm and pro-activeness, promote high vocational college's smooth development.
