Since the1990s, the rise of the Internet has made the Online education been rapid development. Online learning not only available to the learner vast network of educational resources, but also for learners to fully play the main study, develop their innovative and practical ability to provide a broad space. But in recent years, the e-learning research participants has found,the participation of the majority of learners are not high, the completion rate under learning courseware, learning interest also declined. So The purpose of this study is in order to give full play to the advantages of online learning, improve network learner motivation to make it better able to participate in online learning, to enhance their knowledge and level.In this paper, motivation theory and motivation theory as the theoretical basis, management science, economics, traditional teaching and online games and other areas as a reference point, summarized the common incentives as a revelation. Then, according to the GuangXi Teacher training platform and the HaiDian Teacher training platform as two case studies, analysis and research the basic situation of two types of sites, and then through questionnaires, participate in online learning derived affect learners the motivation factor, and divide the learning process into four stages:stimulate,guide, maintenance, evaluation. Secondly, based on the theory, the basis of a number of incentives designed graphical network learning incentives, and the specific incentives for the four stages of learning.The network learning incentives graphics primarily by the needs of learners as a starting point to get the learning achievement of learners is terminated, all the learners as the fundamental starting point. Finally, the main course of the study summarized the work, this paper also puts forward some gaps and the need to improve next direction. This study not only makes educators more comprehensive understanding of the meaning and role of motivation,but also provides some ideas for other network learners platform builders.
