After the full development and hard exploration in recent years ,the net-work education has made a great progress. However, there are still several shortages in many facets of network education. So recently many scholars in China have made much more consideration and discussion.The article is based on the strategical research of learning ill-structured knowledge in the network education. Through analysing the study actuality of several colleges in Nanjing, 1 find some deficiencies in instruction design, circumference building of learning and resource database of net-work teaching. Cognitive Flexibility Theory is a learning theory to master ill-structured knowledge. The paper which is based on Cognitive Flexibility Theory tries to find a solution to master ill-structured knowledge .At the end of the paper. I put forward some strategies to resolve those problems in net-work teaching. Knowledge Management Theory is a new theory in net-work teaching. It is much helpful to the net-work teaching. So the Building of resource database should assimilate Knowledge Management Theory. Finally, 1 give four pieces of advice in the building of the resource database. |
