Nowadays researchers have paid more and more attention on the sense of teacher' s burnout in occupation. Most studies on this issue focus on investigating the status quo and discussing the factors affect the teacher's burnout in occupation; however what is the press source from which the sense of teacher' s burnout in occupation stem hasn't got profound analyses.Starting from a piece of information on BBS, combining case method, observation method, and interview method, we attempt to discuss the press source of the teacher' occupational burnout phenomenon, but also on the process of burnout occurring and expanding.Thus we get our findings: the badness phenomenon of administration and scientific research in kindergarten have a negative impact on teachers realizing their values and fulfilling their duties, hence result in the sense of teacher's burnout in occupation. Establishing a new communicative system between the teachers and related authorized staffs and promoting the democratic, equal, opening progressive administration coming into being is the key to solve the problem. And in the long run, the most important thing for the way out is that the teachers in kindergarten should improve themselves and promote their own development.
