The Study On The Job-burnout Of Civilian-Run Middle School Teachers

[Aim]The aim of the paper is to gain the primary sources of the teachers' burnout in the Civilian-Run Schools ,according to the questionnaire investigation about the condition of teachers'occupational burnout And on the basis of a lot of data, the paper makes the statistics analysis and thinks irrationally, which can remedy the blank space of the research in teachers' occupational burnout in the Civilian-Run Schools in China.[Method] The paper is on the theoretical basis of Maslach's three standard about the occupational burnout which is organized by Maslach, utilizing the SPSS 3.0 statistics software to analyze the investigation result of 97 teachers' occupational burnout in some civilian-Run Schools.[Result and Discussion] The main reason to cause the teachers' occupational burnout is entrance exam and teaching pressure. The main source of the pressure are as the following: the nature of job's load, the feature of educational object, high expectation from the society, lack of support from the society and personal factors and so on.[Conclusion] In the main, the teachers' occupational burnout is not so serious, but the emotion exhaustion begins to turn up. To prevent the deeper occupational burnout, the Civilian-Run Schools ' administration should guard against the dull pressure through many ways and at the same time, the teachers themselves also should strengthen the ability to adjust their own psychology ;In sex and age, the teachers' occupational burnout is not so serious ,the teachers'teaching grade and years affect the job-burnt; In Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization, the teachers in Civilian-Run Schools have a great difference ; the teachers teaching in different grades have great difference in the three aspects-Depersonalization Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization especially in Depersonalization.
