In England, the ancestor of modern soccer, the Eastham Case dispelled the restriction of players' salary in 1963, which completely realized the liberation of salary. In 1995, the Busmen Case asserted that the regulation formulated by the UEFA to limit the numbers of European players in European soccer clubs was illegal. From then on, professional players frequently reciprocal flown in the different clubs and the clubs did not hesitate to cost huge of money to attract elite, which constantly raised the value of elite and made them be focus in a soccer club. So due to achieving a success, some of the clubs immorally bribed referee or the rivals as well as sheltered the players' immoral behavior on the course of match. Obviously, clubs did not want to take responsibilities for their badly influence, such as the riot of cocker fans and social unstable causing by the soft soccer market. From the point of the management of a club, the reason caused of the above-mentioned is that the clubs and players were lacked in guides of values and positive spirit. With the extensive flown of various countries' players and promoted cultural exchange, constructing the professional soccer clubs culture has been set up a core position.The existing materials indicate that a special new performance is produced- the professional soccer clubs when the competitive sports developed into a new stage, which possess basic attribute of corporate in organization arrangement, operation mode, legal qualification and so on. The corporate culture is a kind of managing thought advocating the people foremost; also, it is the new stage of development in the field of corporate management. As a crossing research category with the competitive sports and corporate management, the professional soccer club is a virgin field, which is not developed and studied.On the basis of corporate culture, this paper is done a cross-cultural research to the management of professional soccer clubs. Based on literature study, analogy reasoning, above all, the paper analyzes the key element of professional club, then acting in accordance with the developing eyes, the paper discusses the changes of competitive sports elites in professional soccer clubs.The purpose of this paper abundant the management theories of professional soccer clubs, meanwhile, it is a cross-cultural research reference, which can give suggestions and improve the research of professional soccer clubs.
