With the extensive flown of various countries' players and promoted cultural exchange, constructing the professional soccer clubs culture has been set up a core position.The existing materials indicate that a special new performance is produced- the professional soccer clubs when the competitive sports developed into a new stage, which possess basic attribute of corporate in organization arrangement, operation mode, legal qualification and so on. The corporate culture is a kind of managing thought advocating the people foremost; also, it is the new stage of development in the field of corporate management.
