This article analyses the rear service socialization reform from theory and practice. Firstly, it analyses the formation and characteristics of the rear service of the colleges and universities in our country. Secondly, reviewing the process of the reform and summarizing the successful results of several reform patterns and the present problems, it compares the models of the reform of our country with those of the advanced countries. Lastly, it elaborates the guiding ideology and programmes of the rear service socialization reform of colleges and universities concerning the conception, contents, aims, guiding ideology, rules, theory and practical conditions and puts forward some guaranteeing measures for reforms and noticeable questions. It has also made some research about the rear service socialization reform and set forth the relative operational programme. |
