Explore The Theory Of Academic Power And Administrative Power On The College System

At present, higher education has changed greatly, universities take more part in the development of society through the innovation of knowledge when they entered into the society center from the edge. With the development of science and technology, academic organization changed quickly as well as the inner reform of higher education. The relationship between interior management system and administrative management have changed own to the practice of collgeism. As a result, how to construct a new balanced pattern between academic power and administrative power in universities that has become a vital problem for future development of universities.This paper introduces the academic power and administrative power in universities, and gives elementary concept and principle about it. At the same time, this paper analyzes the present situation in universities, and finds out the reason of contradiction and unbalance between academic power and administrative power. Moreover, the author points out the reasons and principles of coupling between academic power and administrative power on the basis of advanced management in developed countries, and constructs a new coupling pattern which can provide recommendation for reformer of higher education, besides, puts forward some feasible suggestions in order to promote the development of higher education and universities.
