In the administrative structural reform of security organization in colleges and universities, our nation established the Public Security Organization of College and Universities(PSOCU),which has been playing a great role in strengthening the construction of campus public security . however, these are some defects in the functioning of our administrative structure of PSOCU in new situations, so it is inevitable and necessary to reform it. the article is going to probe into the problems arising within the administrative structural reform of PSOCU in new situations.The article consists of four parts.I. In the first part, it is discussed briefly that our nation must set up PSOCU according to history. we must be clear of the stages of development in college and university security organization and their corresponding drawbacks. And then reaches the conclusion that of reforming the administrative structure of security organization.II. In the second part, there is the discussion of the practical feasibility to establish PSOCU in our nation. It is focused to discuss the practical results of establishing PSOCU.III. In the third part, it is discussed briefly that there is the recessity to reform our nations a administrative structure of PSOCU. Stress is put on the current situation and existing problem in our nation's PSOCU.IV. In the fourth part ,it is mainly discussed what are the tentative plans and suggestions about the administrative structural reform of our nation's PSOCU in the future. Conclusion: It is emphasized on the administrative structural reform of PSOCU is significant and has a far reading influence in new situation.
