With the new round curriculum reform of mathematics, there are larger changes from the concept, principle and task to implement. Teachers’teaching and learning that the he new curriculum advocates have great change. Teachers have to find the most suitable teaching mode for high school students to learn mathematics, according to the concept and goals of the new curriculum in high school mathematics and fully considering various factors during the teaching process, such as the mathematical characteristics of the subject, high school students’ cognitive ability, different levels of the students’ learning needs and so on.The research of this paper is based on ordinary high school in town. Because the school students are poor, the students’foundation is weak and they are lack of consciousness of autonomous learning, school leaders and I put forward " eight links three loop " teaching mode, drawing lessons from the teacher named Yu Yingchao who comes up with the " Ban Kuai Shi teaching method ".Then I have carried on the teaching practice in classroom teaching.In this paper, the research begins with the background theory of " eight links three loop " teaching mode, and then be concrete to teaching practice and exploration. With that there is an experiment and finally I draw a conclusion through the analysis of the results and questionnaires." Eight links three loop " mode teaching has a remarkable effect on teaching.The model can stimulate students’learning enthusiasm, cultivate the students’ mathematical ability to study independently, excavate the potential of students and maximize the subject role of students at the same time. It is beneficial to students’learning and improves the efficiency and the result, thus the teaching quality of mathematics is greatly improved, so it is one of the effective teaching mode of current education teaching reform. In the future, I will continue to focus on the implement dynamic of "eight links three loop" teaching mode in rural high schools. In view of the problems from the implementation process, I will solve one by one and wish to provide effective reference for other similar schools on the research on the teaching mode.
