College Student Administration Ruled of Law is the process that the college student managers uphold the concept of law, establish and improve rules and regulations of student administration, regulate student administration behavior, and improve the way to relief rights for college students. That is the important manifestation of "rule of law" thought and practice in the field of College Student Administration, and that is also the inevitable choice for managing the school of law and building a harmonious campus. The higher education has transited from elite education to popular education today, causes the college student administration shows a lot of new features. It urgently needs to establish a college student administration mode adapt to new times, that is ruling college student of law.For this reason, this article does a systematic study on the issue of college student administration ruled of law, using literature research, case analysis, synthesis and other methods. Text is divided into four parts:First, it defines the basic concepts of the college student administration ruled of law. Secondly, it proofs the necessary of college student administration ruled of law from three dimensions of the university self-construction, ideological and political education, and free and comprehensive development of students. Then, it discusses the feasibility of college student administration ruled of law from three levels of the "Legislative", "law enforcement" and "Justice". Thirdly, for the main problems in current college student administration ruled of law, this article reveals the causes from four levels of the concept, system, behavior and relief. Finally, for the causes, this article proposes countermeasures for college student administration ruled of law from four aspects:establish a new concept for college student administration ruled of law, improve the rules and regulations of student administration, regulate student administration behavior, and improve the way to relief rights for college students.
