Human being havse come into a new century. The world has been changing all the time .The problem of population, resources and environment are more and more serious with the replacing of economy from new to old and me rapid development in technology information. The waves of the whole sense are surging to every corner of the world. Facing to the waves of it, many countries are ready for the challenge of the whole world sense. Who can be in success in the new challenge is decided by the performance and ability of facing to the challenge of the world sense. Therefore, it is the most important to strengthen the basic education in order to fit the whole world sense .As junior geography it has special charm itself on "training the whole world sense civil", it has been arousing people's attention. The geography education reform is being made strongly and training able person to join the international competition of the world. Can the development of our junior geography fit for the demand of the development of times? According to the substantive research of the present world sense and consciousness of middle school students So the present research intends to the probe into the situation of junior geography education and analyzes the existing problems in order to give play in improving the training able person according the junior geography education and the suggestions can be made to the development of the education reform. The finding of this research indicates problems as follows:1. The place of geography education is still on the low side; the function of education is not paid enough attention to and influence valuable that it should have been made.2. There is still a distance between geography curriculums in a junior school between the global standard, we should catch up with the pall of the international curriculum as early as possible.3. The whole world sense of students in middle school is very low which further shows that it's necessary to strengthen the geography education.4. The teachers' quality among the teachers working in a junior school now is still weak, facing the global challenge it still needs further cultivation.In according with the content above, strategies and suggestions are proposed as follows: 1. Charge the thought, enhance the level of understanding and improve the place of geography in the middle basic education.2. Take the whole world sense as keys in order to construct the system of the whole world sense geography courses that connect with the world.3. Build a teaching team that are able to face the challenge of the whole world sense and high-qualified.4. Take part in the International Geography Competiton of Junior Students activity. And lead the knowledge of importance of Junior Geography Education to all the society.
