The reading activity accompanies with the literary development. In the different history period, the orientation of the literature reading theory is different. This must affect people's reading behavior. Literature work's reading is important in the course of Chinese teaching. In our country, The Chinese traditional literature reading theory influenced on the teaching of literary reading very profound, from orientation to the method. Under this influence, Chinese teachers often emphasize author's original intention and usually come close the politics excessively. To 20 centuries 80's and 90's, the orientation and method of the scientism and the Chinese traditional literature reading theory blends mutually, and causing the science-analysis 's teaching to the extreme stage. This kind of literature work's teaching regards making track for author's original intention as the aim and believe firmly that analyzing the text is the basic path of reading. The beginning of this century, the interpretation and receptive theory influenced Chinese reading teaching. The theory emphasize to regard readers as the center, and emphasize to respect the individual experience and encourage the dialogue between the different individual. At present, We need clarify some problems in literature teaching process, For example, How to treat the author's original intention, How to treat the text, Etc.
