In recent years, Chinese education has particularly emphasized that the education at school is to make the students know how to study well and how to be a good man, which is not only a demand for the social development in the future, but a necessity for the present quality-oriented education. The key of how to study well is that towards his study, he should have a good ability, which belongs to cognition, and an active attitude, which is surely part of emotion, that is, he ought to be pleased to study. The key of how to be a good man is that he can conduct himself well in society, which belongs to cognition, and that he should have a human lofty sentiment, which is surely part of emotion and is the core of it. Moreover, The educational ideology of "How to study well" and "How to be a good man" lays stress on cognition and emotion, but neither should be overemphasized at the expense of the other. However, in the long-term teaching of junior school ideological political classes, the seriousunbalance of teaching- stressing knowledge and neglecting emotioncauses the teaching aims in sentiment not to be implemented and the function of moral education in ideological political classes to be weakened. In view of this issue, I will demonstrate the necessity, theoretical basis and content to form a teaching aim of sentiment in junior school ideological political classes as well as the principles and concrete practical ways to realize it, using the case interview, documentary study and deduction, which afford the practical lessons that merit attention to the teaching aim of sentiment in junior school ideological political classes, and increase the effect of moral education in ideological political classes.
