At present, all-round education has been advocated by the whole society. Colleges and universities, as a cradle for qualified people, are entrusted the task of persistently developing the education reform and cultivating talented people with proficient professional knowledge, high abilities and qualities. Currently, higher education has been pushing forward all-round education and has made great progress in practical progress. However, quality evaluation, especially comprehensive quality evaluation for university students seems to be weaker, which has been a bottle-neck for further strengthening and improving all-round education. Therefore, designing and laying down a set of scientific and practical comprehensive quality evaluation system will not only guide the development of students, but also help colleges and universities practice all-round education with strong aim, initiative and practical effects.This thesis mainly studies the comprehensive quality evaluation of university students who major in economy. After investigating the quality evaluation system available, the author makes use of the indistinct evaluation method to create an inspiration model in which every one can be praised and create a comprehensive evaluation system for university students on the basis of browser/Server structure. The research work mainly includes:1. Put forward the education theory that everyone is qualified person and everyone can become qualified person. In modern education, every student should be educated to meet different social needs. Therefore, every student is a seed of hope and can become qualified person.2. Study the feasibility of the indistinct evaluation method. This thesis puts forth nine evaluation targets including political quality, moral quality, knowledge and abilities and so on, and every student can find his/her advantages in different aspect. Therefore, every student can be praised and encouraged and their personality can get affirmed and inspired.3. After studying the indistinct matrix calculation methods, the author puts forward the method of calculation obscure matrix by multiplying common matrix in order to make fulluse of valid information.4. Put forward the method of writing behavior report of a student in the light of synthetic intelligence. By using descriptive and evaluative language, teachers can evaluate the students' moral qualities and other abilities and their development trends, thus avoiding writing stereotyped appraisals for different students. This method provides scientific basis for evaluating students and, at the same time, for employers when they select graduates.5. Create the comprehensive quality evaluation system for economic majors by use of B/S structure. The author designs the targets, circumstances, systematic components and the use of data base.
