With the prompting of the UNESCO, the lift-long education emerges, adapting itself to the rapid development of international economy and technological society. Now it has already become a new theory for the international society and a new way of thinking for the modern education, which is considered as the instructional disciple for the reform and development of education in more and more countries and areas. With the development of science and technology , esp. in the informationalized 21st century, many countries have put a great premium on the education as the important strategy for the country's development. Pre-school education is also paid more attention in public life , as the sub-system of life-long education. Our national scholars have already carried out the pre-school education reform under the construct of educational theory, and explored the new thought and ways in the reform of pre-school education nowadays. On the basis of the academic researches , this text, combining the implementation of educational practice, explores the new ways of the unification of life-long education and pre-school education. This text consists of three parts as follows:Part One emphasizes prompting the reform construct of unification of these two kind of educations, which are the inspiration of the strategic position of both educations in the process of international competition and some related researches home and abroad .Part Two emphasizes analyzing the existing problems of pre-education , from the angle of actuality of both local areas and some other places.Part Three illustrates the ideal construct of the unification of pre-school education under the construct of life-long education system.
