Present school moral education has fallen into an awkward condition that pay close attention to cannot help but seems extremely as well as,and the study on moral education of present school, generally pay close attention to the aspect of technology (or the method ) even more. I think the research of the technological aspect can only give temporary relief but can get a permanent cure , it is difficult to make the satisfactory result to even give temporary relief. So, this text tries hard to open a piece of breach of the present moral education predicament from people and ethical relation.People are.all persons under certain historical condition , the morals are all the morals of certain era. The morals reflect the interpersonal relation, so, the thinking of morals and moral education, can't leave to people's thinking , to the thinking which people and morals concern. People and ethical historical succession and continuity, it must be from people and ethical historical rule of development to people , to ethical thinking to determine, through dynamic investigation and analyse , could hold now person , morals , people and his ethical relation that take the place of. Through the analysis at three basic stages of development of people , summarize and lie in different historical periods, people and morals are in different relations: The society in ancient times, it decided the ethical function is shown as and served for the development of the person of the whole more that people's reliance is concerned , and emphasize the norm , restrain to the person of the individual more; The society in modern times, the independence taking dependence of the thing as person on foundation makes the ethical function emphasize the development service to the individual more; In the communist society, people's development in an all-round way and their common production capacity become their wealth of society , individual and individual , individual can be coordinated with the whole relation, the morals promote the developing commonly and harmoniously of the individual and the whole .This text combines to people's demand for development and history developing stage when people are in at present under the terms of socialist market economy of our country, think that should not emphasize people excessivly to making the conformity of the moral concept on people and ethical relation, but should adjust the already existing moral concept in terms of people's development , bear the function of promoting individual development better. Particularly undertake training and have independence and the initiative , keeps forging ahead actively , pioneers and invents , bold and decisive in action , the quality with self-confident self-respect and person of the independent personality of spirit . And combine the demand for development of the person of independent personality with law of middle school student's physical and psychological development, propose expressing and treating one's own emotion and thought correctly through guiding students in moral education of middle school, build such ways as the good interpersonal environment of campus , self-value sense of strengthening students ,etc. for students, train student have abundant morals emotion , independent consciousness , independent spirit , good at exchange with people and modern social independent basic quality of personality of getting along etc.. Respect others , approve of the society in actual life, thus observe the code of ethic that the society advocates.
