Since the Education Ministry set up the information technology education required course in elementary school , junior middle school and senior middle school, the teaching material is followed "zero" starting point always. Because of considering the most of areas situation in nationwide: the different development of the economic in various places, the teachers, the investment of the equipment ect. These factors lead to the different level of the students. And from senior middle school they have the same teaching demands. The teaching starting point is difficult to determine. But Haidian District is located in Zhongguancui High Technology District, and it is first group information technology education experiment district in China. Early in September 2001, information technology education required course was set up in all the elementary schools and middle schools in the whole district of Haidian. So it is unreasonable to use "zero" starting point teaching material. According to the fact and the years of experiences of setting up information technology education, considering the character of itself, in 2001 Haidian Information Technology Education Teaching Research Office compile the connection experiment teaching material for elementary school and middle school. During 2003-2004, they have completed the revising of the teaching material.The author of this thesis took part in the revising of the elementary school teaching material in 2001 and 2004. On the base of compiling teaching material, teaching in school, inquiry and feedback, deep introspection, revising the teaching material, I do the research of the connection of information technology education of elementary school, junior middle school and senior middle school in Haidian District, through the action research method.Action research method is a kind of method to find subject in the need of the practice work. And it is researched in the practice work. The practice worker and the researcher take part in together. The result of the research is understood, mastered and used by the practice workers. At last deal with the fact questions and change the social action purpose. Its connotation is: it is taken part in and researched by the people concerned the questions, interfere the question situation in the whole process, in the practice find out the theory foundation and the method of dealing with the questions. Action Research Method has three main characters: research for the action, research in the action, research by the action.To make the teaching aims come true, the teaching material forms the main factors into a kind of system by their relations. That is the teaching material system. The logical relations are especial important, in the precedes of achieving the teaching material main factors systematize to make teaching material. In fact, this kind of logical relation in teaching material is arranged in order according to some rules. Interpretative Structural Modeling Method is one of the typical methods to determine the order.Though reaching I have the decision that the teaching content of this set of teaching material of Haidian District is arranged in spiral. In middle school it is basically arranged in module in straight line. But it is arranged in spiral geranally in elementary school and middle school. Elementary school is the basic period, to make the pupils contact the information technology initially. Middle school is the increasing period, to form perceptual experience, to raise the students' skill of using the information technology, to deal with the reality questions in their life and study.
