Nowadays, the information technology is the trend of the development of the whole world and society, and computer and network have already became important part of our lives. When each classroom is equipped with multimedia, projection of large screen and network, it is a big task for professional teaching staff to study how to improve the teaching efficiency with information technology and promote the quantity of students while education environment has been deeply changed.Combined with the characteristic of vocational mathematics, based on the teaching situation of vocational school. Study the effective influence of information to teachers and students. The main purpose of study is the application of the image and character of trigonometric function. From teaching experience we know that: It can advance students' learning grades to use information technology reasonably and effectively in the vocational mathematics teaching. It can stand out emphases and break through difficulty. It can arose students' leaning interest, and to improve learning attitude. There are obviously effect for those mid-level and students with lower mark. It puts forward some ideas for information teaching in the future and it offers some reference for more study in the integration of the vocational school.The research belongs to the field of application, and it is chiefly based on the methods of experiments which assisted by the method of action, surveys (such as questionnaires), educational statistics, etc. Emphasis is laid on data collection , sorting out and statistical analysis. In the process of research the paper uses the method of educational statistics and also integrates the way of qualitative and quantitative research.In this application research, students get to know how to use software to learn function, and arose their learning interest and passion. They begin enjoying function at large. They don't fear anymore, and strengthen their self-confidence. In this research the teacher also attempt a new teaching method, and learn some related experience and lessons in education concept, teaching designing, and teaching investigation etc. Furthermore, it also helpful to the teaching and offer some references for perfecting the mathematics teaching in vocational schools.
