With the rapid growth of information technology and its application in education,classes were largely enriched;and it became the trend to combine information technology with the teaching of junior high school mathematics.In junior high school mathematics lessons,the function part is relatively abstract.Teachers spend a lot of time on explaining this part,while it is still difficult for the students to understand.Many students show low interest in learning functions,thus slow to master this.With the aid of modern information technology,students' interest in learning function knowledge can be effectively enhanced.And it is also our pursuit to make students learn in a happy mood.Modern information technology helps students to gain more understanding of the function and it application.Information technology is integrated into the teaching process of junior high school mathematics function.Teachers can create a superior learning situation for students through multimedia,comprehensively analyze and organize the content related to the function,and appropriately add some real life examples to further stimulate students.Learning the fun of mathematical functions,using multimedia to transform more abstract mathematical functions into dynamic forms,showing them to students,and thus helping students to understand the connection between mathematical functions in all directions.Therefore researching on the application of information technology in the teaching of mathematics will improve the effectiveness of functions classes.This paper starts with the current research background,research status,research significance and purpose,and is based on the recent development zone,constructivism,multiple intelligence and informational teaching design.Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students,the application of information technology in mathematics function teaching in junior high school,the reflection and investigation of information technology into junior high school mathematics function teaching,and its teaching in junior high school mathematics function teaching Applying strategy analysis,trying to make innovation in the use of multimedia information technology in function teaching,this paper proposes the use of information technology to achieve the penetration of function ideas,use information technology to construct teaching context to enhance the understanding of function concepts,and use information technology to assist students.Construct an understanding of the nature of the function image.In this research,the application of the information technology in mathematics teaching,the reflections on the application as well as the strategies of the application are analyzed.We are striving to make reasonable combination of multimedia with function teaching,so that students can be more interested and learn in a relax manner.At the same time,students can gain the ability to solve mathematics problems,and develop themselves in a comprehensive way.
