In Macao, many people think that the teacher position of the Macao private secondary school is a good job. They think that the teachers get a good salary, although they are not able to get as much as the teachers do of the government school yet, the fixed working hour, five-days work or five and a half-day work a week, long vocation and lots of the other holidays are the most advantages which the other people envy so much. However, there is really something that is unknown to the people. Is the teachers of the Macao private secondary school doing an easy job?Recently, the authority of Macao educational department and the educators have come to realize that the now-used educational system may not fulfill the needs of the rapid development of the society and the economy of Macao. They are sure that a reformation of Macao educational system is needed. Under this situation, the teachers have to do some other work in order to meet the needs of the society, the authority of Macao educational department and the inner of the school as well. So, the load of the teacher in the Macao private secondary school is getting heavier and heavier as the days go by. The followings are what I have studied in the paper:1. It is the presupposition that we need to know whether the working pressure of the teachers of Macao private secondary school is high or low so that I may have to get the information through the information of questionnaire in order to make sure that the subject of the article is demonstrable and to analyze the information of the questionnaire to understand the level of working pressure of the teachers in the Macao private secondary schools, nowadays.2. The work of the teachers does not only face to the students, but also need to be responsible for the society of Macao, the parents, the government of Macao SAR and the leaders of the schools. The teachers may feel the working pressure from what those people expects. It is necessary to observe the provenience of working pressure of the teachers in Macao private secondary schools, based on the social affections, the policies of the educational department and the affections from the school inside.3. After realizing the teachers in high working pressure, I am going to analyze how the high working pressure influences the teachers mentally and physically. At the same time, I will analyze those influences affecting the teaching in what way. From the points of view, it is clear that the physical and mental health of the teachers would be spoiled if the working pressure is too high.4. The teachers are also responsible for the society, the parents, the government of Macao SAR and the leaders of the schools. It gives the strategies of lowing down the working pressure of the teachers based on the social affections, the policies of the educational department and the affections from the school inside after knowing the provenience of working pressure of the teachers in Macao private secondary schools.
