The consciousness education of the rule of law plays an important role in the human ideological education system.Under the background of governing the country according to law,in order to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education,we need to continuously strengthen the construction of the rule of law education.During the senior high school period,the rule of law education for students is mainly based on the moral education curriculum.Nowadays,the Mainland has not compiled a special teaching material for the rule of law education in the moral education curriculum.Therefore,this research will shift its perspective to Macao,China.Taking the“Life ruled by law" of Macao as the research object,through the systematic analysis of the "Life ruled by law" textbooks,it is intended to provide useful inspiration for the formulation of the future textbooks for the rule of law in China.Analyze the teaching material of "Life ruled by law" from macro and micro perspectives.The macro perspective includes the design of the cover of the textbooks,the preparation of ideas,and the preparation of design and design ideas:the cover of the textbooks uses a picture of a balance,five codes,and the building of the Macao Legislative Council to fully display the subject of textbooks;the concept of writing is student-oriented and close to the students.Emphasis on procedure,practieality,etc.;writing the design includes 14 texts and 1 comprehensive inquiry activity on the content.The text consists of the main text and auxiliary texts.The auxiliary texts include three types of "connecting","famous words" and "case studies",It is based on the theme of the rule of law,based on cases,problems,and situations to cultivate students' legal education and citizenship.From the microscopic point of view,a detailed analysis of the four units of the teaching material and a comprehensive inquiry activity is conducted to discuss the connection between the unit and the unit,between the lesson and the lesson,and between the box question and the box question.Through macro and micro system studies,the main characteristics of Macao's "Life ruled by law" textbooks are summarized as follows:In-depth implementation of the "one country,two systems" policy,emphasis on "citizen awareness" education,coltextuallzation of the rule of law education,and understanding of the concepts related to the rule of law.Through the comprehensive analysis,the micro specific analysis and the summary of the characteristics of the textbook,the study of the teaching materials and the comprehensive summary of the characteristics and experiences of the compilation of the textbook on the rule of law in Macao can be obtained from six aspects:the status of the textbook,the value orientation of the rule of law,the content of moral education,the space of teaching materials,the arrangement of teaching materials and the reference of knowledge and knowledge.Specifically,the compilation of the special teaching material for the rule of law in the high school of the mainland needs to improve the status of the teaching materials,to compile the system of special legal materials for the rule of law,to retrial the value orientation,to make a clear stand of the view of the rule of law,to innovate the content of moral education,to make the logical structure complete,to extend the teaching space,to build the situation of the rule of law education,and to elaborate design.Arrange,make every structure balanced and coordinate,pay attention to knowledge and improve teaching effect.
